This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how the operator ("Operator") of the application "Pofio" ("App") collects, uses, and handles user information.
Article 1 (Information Collected)
The Operator may collect the following information in connection with the App:

Note: Payment details (e.g., credit card numbers) are managed by the app store and are not collected by the Operator.

Information sent when using AI analysis features

Only when the User uses in-app features such as the AI analysis report, information is sent via servers managed by the Operator and processed for financial analysis.

This may include aggregated figures (e.g., income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, financial KPIs), age and financial goals and budgets from settings, transaction data for a limited period (category, amount, date), and names, types, and amounts from asset and liability snapshots.

Technical information needed to generate the report, such as display language and the analysis month.

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)
The Operator uses collected information for the following purposes:

Providing, operating, maintaining, and improving the App

Adding features, fixing bugs, and improving performance

Providing and managing paid features and subscriptions

Displaying advertisements and measuring their effectiveness

Analyzing usage and creating statistical data

Responding to violations of the Terms of Service

Responding to inquiries

Generating AI analysis reports and similar outputs (only when the User uses such features)
Article 3 (Disclosure to Third Parties)
The Operator will not provide user information to third parties except in the following cases:

When the User has given consent

When disclosure is required by law

When outsourcing to app stores, ad networks, analytics providers, or other parties necessary for App operations

When the User uses AI analysis features, information may be sent to generative AI service providers contracted by the Operator (e.g., OpenAI, LLC; names, locations, and data practices follow each provider's public disclosures) and processed on their systems to the extent necessary to generate reports. Please also review each provider's privacy policy.
In the foregoing cases, the Operator will endeavor to ensure that third parties handle information appropriately.
Article 4 (Information Management)

The Operator will take reasonable security measures to protect collected information.

However, the Operator does not guarantee complete security and assumes no liability for leaks, alteration, or loss of information.
Article 5 (Retention and Deletion)

The Operator retains user information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of use.

The Operator may delete user information when the User stops using the App or the App is discontinued.

The Operator does not guarantee individual responses or complete deletion of user information.
Article 6 (Advertising)

The App may use third-party advertising services.

Ad networks may use cookies and advertising identifiers to display interest-based ads.

The Operator assumes no responsibility for the content of ads or the services they link to.
Article 7 (Analytics Tools)
The Operator may use third-party analytics tools to improve App quality.
Information collected by these tools is managed in accordance with each provider's privacy policy.
Article 8 (AI Analysis and Third-Party Generative AI)

Features such as the "AI analysis report" use servers managed by the Operator and third-party generative AI technology to produce text.

Data is sent only when the User explicitly uses these features within the App. Unless you use them, the information described in Article 1, Section 5 is not sent to external generative AI services.

The Operator's server processes User Data for report generation in transit but does not permanently store submitted User Data on the server. However, operational communication logs may be retained for a limited period.

Generated report text is stored locally on the User's device.

Outputs are machine-generated, may not always be accurate or complete, and do not constitute investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice.

The generative AI provider's handling of data—including retention and use for training—is governed by that provider's own policies. See each provider's public disclosures for details.

The Operator makes no warranties regarding generated content and assumes no liability for damage arising from its use.
Article 9 (Use by Minors)
Minors must obtain parental or guardian consent before using the App.
Article 10 (Changes to This Policy)

The Operator may change this Policy as needed.

Changes take effect when published within the App or through other appropriate means.
